Kelly Started O'Brien Roofing and Construction Company in 1999.
He learned the business from his father who has been roofing in Minnesota for 43 years. Before starting O'Brien Roofing,
Kelly himself had been roofing for over 17 years.

Learning all aspects of the business as a roofer, sales representative
and roofing supervisor on both small and large projects
(Projects included both residental and commercial, flat and shingled roofing), contracts varied from a few thousand to over $1 million.
To Maintain his operating and market place knowledge of the roofing business, Kelly attends supplier seminars and actively maintains an elaborate network of knowledgeable people within the industry.
Kelly has recently completed an Xactimate training course. |
